Biscuits and Gravy Casserole
This was the perfect dish and a hit for our supper club brunch this past weekend. Biscuits and gravy casserole is easy to make a delicious.
We had our supper club over for brunch this past weekend. I made this delicious biscuits and gravy casserole and it was a big hit! This is easy to make and can be made quickly.
Begin with taking two large cans of biscuits and cutting them into quarters. Layer half of the biscuits in the bottom of a greased dish.
Bake the biscuits for 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven until the tops begin to brown.
While the biscuits cook begin to make the gravy. Take one pound of sausage and brown it in a pan on medium high heat. Once the sausage is fully cooked drain off the fat and add three tablespoons of flour.
Add three cups of milk to the pan and heat of over low heat until the gravy thickens. This will take about 5 minutes.
Now pour the gravy over the cooked biscuits and top with the other half of the biscuits that you quartered earlier. Place back in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
All that is left to do is enjoy! I hope that you enjoy this recipe and don't forget to follow The Cookin' Dad on Facebook and Instagram.
