Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites

These are a favorite around our house. I make them a couple times a week for my wife.


These are my wife's favorite to have for a snack. We go through about two batches a week. These bites are easy to make and only take a few minutes.


Start by adding oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, honey, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients until combined.


Now that the mixture is combined roll into bite sized bites. A helpful tip is to wet your fingers while rolling the bites out to avoid the peanut butter from sticking. Once the bites are all rolled out refrigerate to allow them to firm up.

Ingredients
  • 1 and a half cups of oats
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Recipe
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix until combined
  • Roll into bite size bites
  • Refrigerate
  • Enjoy!
