Sheet Pan BBQ Nachos

Sheet Pan BBQ Nachos

This is a great way to use some leftover BBQ chicken from last night. These simple sheet pan nachos are great.

We had a bunch of leftover Crock Pot BBQ Chicken from last night so we decided what better way to use it than to make nachos. This is a good way to take the leftovers and transform them into something new.

Start by layering the tortilla chips in a single layer on a sheet pan. Then cover the chips with cheese, corn, and bacon. You can also add beans to the pan.

Now add the BBQ chicken to the pan and top with more cheese, corn, and bacon. Place the nachos in a 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts. Once you remove the nachos from the oven top with all your favorite toppings such as salsa, sour cream, jalapeƱos, avocado, and cilantro.

All that is left to do is enjoy! I hope that you enjoy this recipe and don't forget to follow The Cookin' Dad on Facebook and Instagram.
