Easy Taco Pie
Taco Pie
This is a great meal to make any night of the week. Taco pie was easy to make and super delicious.
This has already become an instant favorite at our house. This was a good twist on our normal Taco Tuesday.
Start by browning ground beef in a pan and draining off the fat. Add chili powder to the ground beef and stir together.
Next, add in corn and diced tomatoes and heat for about 5 minutes until everything is heated.
Now, begin to layer 3 tortillas then the meat mixture and cheese.
Continue these layers for 3 total times finishing with cheese.
Place the dish in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Once finished slice and serve with a dollop of sour cream.
All that is left to do is enjoy! I hope that you enjoy this recipe and don't forget to follow The Cookin' Dad on Facebook and Instagram.
